ELIJAH NAMED AMBASSADOR FOR PROJECT COYOTE
Elijah is honored to have been named an Ambassador for Project Coyote, a wildlife advocacy organization based in Larkspur, California.
He was introduced to Project Coyote after being selected to narrate the audiobook for Dan Flores’ New York Times Best Seller, Coyote America. Flores was a guest of honor at Project Coyote’s recent holiday gala, where Elijah was asked to read from Dan’s book.
Elijah has been a long time advocate for wolves, coyotes, and other animals in need of protection, and he invites you to support Project Coyote by visiting their website to learn more, and considering making a donation.
Uppekah finds his family
Uppekah wondered up to a monastery in Ft Worth two years ago as a straggly stray. The monks at the monastery gave him a name and allowed him to live there. Though, since he had a tendency to wander into and thru traffic, Uppekah ended up being tethered to a tree for his life there.
Elijah came upon Uppekah while visiting the monastery and decided he needed a better life. After coming to an agreement, Uppekah was soon taken to DFW German Shepherd Rescue who was able to reunite him with his family after six years of being missing.
Elijah and Uppekah would like you to consider a donation to the DFW German Shepherd Rescue. All donations go directly toward the care of the dogs in their program who are up for adoption.
JAX FELL COMPLETELY IN LOVE
“We were visiting the Vail area for a weekend of fun in the snow. We brought along our 75 lb Bernedoodle, Jax, who is more Bernese Mountain dog than Poodle and absolutely LOVES the snow. Elijah was recommended by the Property Management. Each day Elijah picked up Jax, walked, played, and loved on Jax for a couple hours while we hit the slopes. Jax was good and tired after each day. Elijah is dependable and very knowledgeable. He was respectful and asked what snacks he could give Jax before assuming. He knew Jax's breed and their history. Jax cried when Elijah left. In just two days Jax fell completely in love. We will absolutely call on Elijah when we return!” SARIAH BECHTEL
